Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship nationwide to schools, PTOs, PTAs, and groups across the United States. Orders within the Continental U.S. over $400 receive free shipping via UPS Ground.

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes — $10 minimum order requirement.

When do I get free shipping?

Continental U.S. orders of $400 or more ship for free via UPS Ground.

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders are processed and ship within 1–2 business days. Standard UPS Ground delivery averages 3–4 business days nationwide.

Can my school pay by purchase order?

Yes, on approved orders over $400. We also accept checks made payable to Fun One, Inc., major credit cards, and phone orders.

We are tax-exempt. What do we do?

Contact us before ordering with your state tax-exemption certificate and we will gladly apply your exemption to your account.

What if we over-order?

Unsold, undamaged items in ready-for-sale condition can be returned before January 15th of the following calendar year. Please contact us first for return authorization. See our returns policy page for complete details.

Can we pick our order up?

Yes — if you are in the Milwaukee / Wisconsin area, you are welcome to pick up your order directly from our Oak Creek warehouse showroom and save on shipping.
