Who we are
This site is operated by Fun One, Inc. We supply closeout gift merchandise to schools and non-profit organizations running holiday shop and Santa shop fundraisers.
What we collect
You can browse this site without giving us any personal information. We collect information when you place an order, create an account, join our mailing list, submit a form, or contact us:
- Contact and account details — name, email address, phone number, organization or school name, and billing and shipping addresses.
- Order information — what you ordered, order totals, and any notes such as a homeroom teacher name or purchase order number you provide.
- Technical information — pages viewed, the site that referred you, general location (country and region), device type, and a session identifier stored in a cookie.
- Contact events — if you tap a phone number on this site, we record that a call was initiated so we can understand which pages generate enquiries. We do not record calls.
Payment information
Card and bank payments are processed by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date, CVV, or bank account credentials. Our records retain only the card brand, the last four digits, and the processor's transaction reference — enough to identify a payment for support and refunds.

Who we share it with

If you opt in, we may send occasional marketing email. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional email about an order you have placed.

Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS. Account passwords are stored using a modern one-way hash and cannot be read by us or recovered — they can only be reset. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. You may ask us to close your account and remove your personal details, subject to those record-keeping obligations.
Children
Although the gifts we supply are chosen by children at school holiday shops, this website is intended for use by adults — school staff, parent organizations and other purchasers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
